Last night at the Bluebird I caught Someone Still Loves You, Boris Yeltsin (LISTEN) from Springfield, MO. They played several songs off their debut, Broom, and also a few selections from their upcoming LP Pershing. Putting on a fierce opening set were local favorites Say Panther (LISTEN) and Jumbling Towers (LISTEN). My girl was delighted to hear both Say Panther and Jumbling Towers are recording. Look out for CD release shows from these homegrown stars later this year. Here are some photo’s.
